Ananda is the driving force for the funding, outreach and sponsorship of our team while managing our finances ensuring each department is on track with spending.

As the Sponsorship and Finance Manager, I ensure our team gets the necessary funding to keep our gears turning. I need to have skills in finance, networking, communication, and strategic planning to build strong partnerships and ensure every department has the resources it needs to succeed.

Ying Ying manages all of our social platforms ensuring our audience reach is consistent and engaging, using her design and communication skills to advertise our team.

As the Communications Lead, I manage all of our social media and community outreach. I need to have skills in digital marketing and design to ensure our team is well-known, professionally represented, to build strong connections with our supporters.

Jesse manages the team members and all of our projects, directing all the tasks ensuring everything is done to our peak standard while also leading the CFD and projects like the Pit Display.

As the Team Principal, I approach each person I manage differently trying to bring out their individual strengths. Most projects require additional support, therefore I need to have a wide range of skills to help out each team member's task.

Rimi designs and manages all of our merch and promotional items, using her incredible design skills to create unique products and merchandise to make our team stand out to competitors.

As the Graphics & Marketing Manager, I am responsible for creating our visual identity through merchandise, promotional materials, and branding. I need to have skills in fashion design, branding and creative communication to ensure our team is memorable, professional, and instantly recognisable.

As the Engineering Lead, Oliver manages both the CAD design and manufacturing of the car, using his expert skills in fusion 360 and ensuring the final outcome of our car is perfect and race ready.

As the Engineering Lead, I work on making our car the best it possibly can, it's a daunting task and that's why I need to be well-versed in physics, 3D Modelling, materials science and manufacturing techniques.
